Hey #FaciliFam, Let me take a wild guess. Your LinkedIn feed sucks. đ Generic posts from people you don't know, half of it AI-written. The people you actually want to hear from? A few posts if you're lucky. Sound familiar? đ LinkedIn isn't just entertainment (he said, posting 7 memes a week). It's where your clients post before they hire you, where past participants share what they built, and where the facilitators you learn from share their good stuff. Miss that and you miss work. So stop scrolling it. Start checking it. This is the workaround I've been using for two years. Takes only a few minutes to set up. đ The bookmark trickBuild a LinkedIn search filtered to people you pick. Bookmark it. Open it, and you get their posts, newest first. No algorithm in between. One bookmark per group. Clients. Facilitators. Your team. Set it upđđŊ Start with this template. Filters are already set. You just add your people.
1. Click All filters at the top
2. Under From member, click + Add a person
3. Type a name, pick it from the dropdown, repeat up to 20 people
4. Hit Show results
5. Bookmark the URL
6. Open it whenever you want đ¤
Works in any browser. Not in the LinkedIn app. The page pulls the newest posts every time it loads, so you set it up once and forget it. âšī¸ 3 things that helpName your bookmarks properly"LinkedIn Clients", "LinkedIn Facilitators". You'll be opening these daily. Organize them in one folderChrome, Safari, whatever you use. Adding people later changes the URLIt becomes a new link, so save it again and delete the old one. I run 15 lists. Five minutes a day and I've seen everything worth seeing from the people I care about. Beats 45 minutes of scrolling through slop. đ¨đŊâđģ My workflowđĄ Optional upgradeI keep mine in raindrop.io. Free, better than browser folders once you have more than a handful, and useful well beyond LinkedIn links. Start with folders though - no need to over-engineer this. 𤥠Enough Said |

Hey #FaciliFam, You've probably noticed I went quiet for a while. Longer than I'd like to admit. I'm not going to spend this whole issue explaining where I've been - just know I'm back, and I've got things for you this week. đ¤ Let's start with something good. No tool breakdown today. Just a list I've been meaning to send you. đī¸ My 10 Top Voices I don't listen to a lot of podcasts. But when I do, most of them are made by people I actually know - fellow facilitators, L&D folks, community...
Hey FaciliFam, Do you feel invisible when facilitating online? Like a small face in a box? đ Not a philosophical question. I mean literally. If you: - Scramble for buttons mid-sentence while trying to hold eye contact. - Run sessions that feel generic - no visual identity, just another Zoom call. - Charge less than you are worth because your on-screen presence hides your value. This is not a content problem. It is a production problem. The Difference In Practice You shouldn't rely on content...
Hey #FaciliFam, If you are new to Stream Deck, or yours has been quietly collecting dust, you are in the right place. Three simple button types. Each one takes a few minutes to set up and immediately changes how your sessions feel. No steep learning curve. Just powerful little buttons that do exactly what you need, when you need them. The magic is not the hardware. It is what happens when actions become muscle memory. You switch less, react faster, and your sessions feel calmer and more in...
